Creating Healthy Beginnings

Prenatal visits are just as important as labor. We will schedule two prenatal appointments, during these visits we will get to know one another and build a relationship to make your labor more relaxing. These appointments will be completely personalized to you and your family so that we cover exactly what matters most when it comes to your birth. These intentional meetings will bring out the skills and knowledge within you that will benefit you during labor and childbirth. 

Having a baby should be a positive experience, so our main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring your baby into the world and begin bonding immediately. Whether your plan is to give birth at the hospital, birth center or the comfort of your home, I will be there to support you. Being a doula means supporting birthing partners with their own choices. I am there to advocate for those desired wishes. I assist with comfort techniques and aide any birth partner.
